Tax Advisory x Generative AI

Intuit Tax Advisor is a new AI-driven application to help advisors with creating tax plans. Advisors face analysis paralysis and uncertainty when selecting strategies for their clients, and even more so when navigating new tools.

I leveraged generative AI to design a tax planning chatbot experience that surfaces personalized tax strategies, boosting engagement, strategy adoption, and conversion rates.
